We pride ourselves on our safe and secure shipping practices at Havoc Reptiles Florida. Our customers can trust that their new pet will arrive safely and quickly with our shipping process. We ship our reptiles on Mondays and Fridays and use top-of-the-line packing materials to ensure their safe arrival. Shipping rates vary depending on the location, weight, and size of the animal, but we strive to provide the best rates possible. All shipments are weather and time permitting. Order Issues?
​
Any issues with your order/orders must be reported within 3 hours upon delivery. It is extremely important to keep in mind that although we do not require signature upon delivery the FedEx drivers WILL NOT wait for you to come to the door. In general, they will knock once and or ring the doorbell and leave. Although inconvenient this is standard delivery procedure. Having someone present if you choose for home delivery is extremely crucial to the animal's safety to avoid going back on the truck and or being left outside your front door. Animals that are Dead Upon Arrival (DOA) must be reported within the hour of delivery confirmation. Photographic proof is required for all claims. Photographs of product and shipping contents are required and need to be reported within time frames listed above or all guarantees are null and void. Weather Permitting Shipping

We only ship animals when weather temps are within safe range for the animals we provide. In the range of 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit. We do package our animals with a temporary heating pack and insulation to maintain a comfortable temp for delivery. You may opt in for delivery to nearest FedEx hub if someone will not be present to receive at home delivery. All live animals must be picked up within 3 hours upon arrival at the FedEx Shipping Facility for the live arrival guarantee to apply. Failure to follow all policies will null and void all guarantees.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Havoc Reptiles Florida, we believe in providing the best service possible to our customers. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, we offer credit towards new animals currently in stock. All returns must be initiated within one hour of receiving your order. If you need to return an animal, you must overnight it back to our facility. The animal must be returned alive and in good health, and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.
